Enabling aspiring artists to pursue their dreams at the collegiate level through life-changing funding for graduating high school seniors, with over $2.9 million in scholarships awarded since the program’s inception.
Qualifications
An applicant must:
- Be a graduating high school senior.
- Major in a fine arts discipline at a college or university or focus on their fine arts discipline at an institute, conservatory or other similar higher education school of the arts.
- Reside or attend school within the following school district attendance zones: Aldine ISD, Conroe ISD, Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, Houston ISD, Humble ISD, Klein ISD, Magnolia ISD, Montgomery ISD, New Caney ISD, Richards ISD, Splendora ISD, Spring ISD, Tomball ISD and Willis ISD.
- Applicants must attend a public school, a Texas Education Agency (TEA) accredited charter school or TEA accredited online school. Applicants who attend TEA accredited online schools operated by school districts not listed are eligible only if they reside within the above school district boundaries.
Dates
Applications open in October and close in January.

Renewal Scholarships
Past Pavilion Partners Fine Arts Scholarship recipients who are continuing their undergraduate fine arts studies may renew their awards, based on eligibility criteria.
