Official Ticketing Source
Ticketmaster is the official ticketing source for The Pavilion. The Pavilion does not endorse or recommend any other ticketing source for events held at The Pavilion. Please use caution when purchasing tickets from any website other than ticketmaster.com for events held at The Pavilion. Guests who purchase invalid tickets from a re-sale site must contact that vendor for resolution. If you have already purchased tickets from a re-seller the safest way to ensure that your tickets are good is to insist that the re-seller transfers the tickets to your Ticketmaster / Live Nation account (there is no cost for the re-seller to do this).
Transfer Tickets to Each Member of Your Party
Once you have entered our gates, it's a good idea to transfer a ticket to each member of your group before entering the seating area. Transferring your tickets will allow everyone to re-enter the seating area even if your group splits up. It's the same idea as making sure everyone has a ticket stub before they go to the restroom or concessions.
Get started by opening the Ticketmaster or Live Nation app and tapping the "Transfer" button. Please note that each ticket recipient will also need a Ticketmaster or Live Nation account.
Children
For most contemporary events, children age five and under are admitted free to the lawn without a ticket when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children age two and under can sit free in the reserved section if seated in an adult’s lap. Some exceptions apply to specific children’s performances. For the Children’s Festival, children age two and under can enter without a ticket.
